Bridget with Bfit Byou has helped me more than I could have imagined. I am an information junky and thought I knew a lot about my body, how to fuel it, how to push it to its limits and to take care of myself properly. After speaking with Bridget I realized I didn't know as much as I thought I did and needed some serious guidance. I wanted to stay simple as not to overwhelm myself as I am a mom of three very active kids but I wanted results. As a mom of three I often put my kids first and forget about myself so I was not liking how I felt and was becoming self conscious and was very crabby because I gaining weight, had no energy, was always tired and the foods I was eating were not smart or healthy body fueling choices. Bridget listened to my needs and helped me come up with a plan.
