4 Week Anywhere Fitness Program and Nutrition Plan
If you're a busy person on the go and need help getting in a work out anywhere, this program is for you. Each workout has 3 sets of 4 workouts for strength and a cardio blast in between each group. Workouts can even be completed at home in 30 to 45 minutes with just a set of dumbbells. A meal plan is included as well as online videos.
